A few words about " le PUY GABY"
Our "Puy Gaby" fields are based in the historical area of the Truffles culture,
at the border in between the Loire Valley and the Poitou regions, right next to
Richelieu, the city of the famous Cardinal from the "three mosqueteers"

Our truffle fields are planted next to our 16th century family Manor and
represent over 15 acres of Oak trees. the threes have already been inseminated
with the truffle parasite ( mycorhize), and have received a very careful treatment.
Our fields now produce quality Truffles with a distinguish flavour.

The soil composition of our fields are particularely well adapted to
accept the production of the Black Truffle.
The sun and rain conditions of this particular area of France are perfect
to let the truffles develop and grow in the best conditions.
